Baby Bhavani D/o Krishna is a 10 years old girl child R/o Thota Laxmaiah Street, Lambadipeta Vijayawada, Krishna Dist. She is studying in 5th class at Priya Darshini convent & High school, Bhimanavaripeta, Vijayawada. Baby Devath Bhavani is struggling to continue her education despite being intelligent and active in her studies. Her father is a daily wage labour in a fruit market and her mother is a domestic servant. She is having two elder sisters and an elder brother by name Swathi, Rani, Tirumala.All of them are blind, deaf and dumb and mentally handicapped. Her parents are unable to maintain their family due to very low income. Baby Bhavani is only kid who is attending school from Mr. Krishna’s family, her father wants to see her baby as a doctor but he is unable to support her financially as his income is very low. The cost of Bhavani’s education is Rs. 6000 per annum. Her father requested the donors through electronic and print media to help his daughter to continue her education. We personally verified her credentials with the school authorities and spoke to this girl and found her very active and keen in continuing her studies. She is requesting donors to support her to continue her education and to fulfil her dreams in future.

Valmiki Foundation approached Mr. Jagdeep Sahaney, Managing Director of Sakun Internationals, New Delhi to sponsor Baby Bhavani’s education. He responded very positively and donated Rs 6000 to Valmiki Foundation. On the eve of Children’s Day (14-11-2009) Valmiki Foundation has donated the same amount to Baby Bhavani towards her education expenses for 2009-10 academic year.
