Valmiki Foundation Events


On the occasion of Independence Day 2009, Valmiki staff decided to celebrate Independence Day with under privileged children .After visiting various homes & schools earlier, we felt that the school bags and cloths are very essential for these children. Most of the children were without school bags carrying them by hands or in plastic bags.

There is a great need for school bags. So Valmiki Foundation has strongly committed to donate school bags to the needy poor children, on this occasion we have distributed school bags and old cloths, pencil boxes, sweets and khara to the children. All the children were happy in receiving them. Children’s smiley faces were the sweet moments of Valmiki Foundation.

Our president Ln. Surya Ganesh Valmiki interacted with these children and explained them importance of education and boosted their confidence towards nationalistic spirit.

On 15th August in the morning at 7.30 am.:
VISIT TO DONBOSCO NAVAJEEVAN-A Home for Street children and Youth at Risk for street children

This rehabilitation centre can to accommodate 100 children. They are providing formal & non formal education and vocational training to the children. Our foundation president along with Valmiki staff distributed 50 school bags, books, pencil boxes, Sweets & hot to these children. All the children were in joy after receiving these bags…etc.

On 15th August at 8.45 am.:

Valmiki group staff visited to govt primary school (Anna Nagar) to celebrate Independence Day in association with Lions club of Hyderabad Harmony. Started the event by hoisting the flag .Our president spent his valuable time with the school children and distributed pencil boxes, sweets and hot to 150 students. Children were very happy in receiving these gifts. All the members of Lions club, Valmiki staff & the school staff shared the lovely moments in serving and entertaining these kids. For this event Mrs. Mamatha Kela (Lions club member) distributed school bags to these needy children.

On 15th August at 10.45 am.:

To celebrate Independence Day with the needy children, Valmiki staff entered in to Manchikalalu organization which is located at West Marredpally Sec-bad. All the inmates of the home were wearing white kurtha pyjamas. It indicated that they were wishing for GLOBAL PEACE. Our CMD Mr.Surya Ganesh Valmiki and Director Mr.Raj Valmiki motivated the children about the value of education and their future prospects, and distributed Note books, Pencil boxes, old cloths, Sweet and hot to 30 inmates of this organization. All the children felt very happy by receiving these gifts. All staff members of Valmiki Group participated and enjoyed by spending their time with these needy children.

On 15th August at 12 noon.:
VISIT TO AMAN VEDIKA (A Home for girl children)

Valmiki foundation has been doing remarkable services in all aspects, as a part of our services to provide the basic education needs to the needy girl children; Valmiki staff visited to Aman Vedika girls home.

According to article 45 of the constitution, universal compulsory and free education until the age of 14 was to be achieved by the year 1960.Looking at the present conditions of primary education in rural and urban areas, it seems doubtful that 100 percent enrolment of girls is possible.

We, Valmiki Foundation believe that Girl child education is the future of the nation, Hence we would like to promote girl child education.

Valmiki staff visited Aman Vedika girls home to celebrate Independence Day. Children of Aman Vedika performed cultural activities like singing and Dancing. All the staff of Valmiki felt very happy with their performances, Valmiki staff also entertained the children by doing Mimicry. Mr.Srinivas Reddy CEO of STORM consultants and Mr.Vijay was the guest of honour for the event. Our President Mr.Surya Ganesh Valmiki and Director Mr.Raj Valmiki of Valmiki foundation were also present for the event. Our president enriched them about the importance of girl child education and culture, ethics and time to achieve their goals. Mr.Srinivas and Mr.Vijay distributed Note books, pencil boxes, sweet, hot to these needy children.

On 15th august at 1.30 pm.:
VISIT TO AUXILIUM NAVAJEEVANA-(A home for street girl children and young girls at risk

Aluminium Navajeevana Home for street girl children at bholakpur, the place where children are treated with love and affection, with a strong desire to help the needy Valmiki foundation staff visited the home on the occasion of Independence Day. Children of Auxilium Navajeevana performed cultural activities like singing, dancing. We found many children in this home possess good artistic skills & we would certainly encourage them in mere future. Valmiki staff also entertained the children by dancing.

Our foundation President Mr. Surya Ganesh Valmiki and Director Mr.Raj Valmiki, Mr.Srinivas Reddy CEO of STORM consultants interacted with the children and explained about value of discipline and time management and then distribution pencil boxes, sweets and hot to these needy children.

After visiting these five homes and schools, we Valmiki team was overwhelmed with joy. Ultimately happiness lies in giving ... Giving ...& Giving. Sponsored many children for there education, we as a Valmiki team aims to serve many more children in future with the support of almighty & all of you with Valmiki team.
