I understand that as a volunteer for VALMIKI FOUNDATION I am representing a non-profit organization when doing volunteer work for VALMIKI FOUNDATION. While I am carrying out volunteer work for VALMIKI FOUNDATION, I shall not engage in activities that are prohibited to a non-profit, tax exempt organization. I shall not profit from any activities as a Bill Foundation volunteer. I shall not represent VALMIKI FOUNDATION in any type of political activity such as endorsing or condemning candidates for office or political initiatives. I understand that I may be held personally liable for any direct consequences of such misrepresentations. In addition, I hereby forever release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify VALMIKI FOUNDATION, its board of directors, officers, members and agents from all claims, demands, actions, causes of action or liability of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of doing volunteer work with VALMIKI FOUNDATION.
