Valmiki Gurukul – A Home For 100 Destitute Children

What if you wake up in the morning and you find out that you don’t have shelter, food, clothes, no money to pay school/college fees. What scared?
Now think about those who do not have all these things.

We met so many children roaming on the road without food, clothes. what we do for them. We ignored them.

We, at Valmiki Foundation, decided to take the initiative and build a home for the destitute children – Valmiki Gurukul.

Valmiki Gurukul earlier known as Valmiki Gurukul. Valmiki Gurukul is a home for 100 destitute children. We aim to provide the best care and support to the children who we have identified as the ones most in need including –

-Children with no parents
-Single Parent-child
-Children from below the poverty line
-Children of Physically and mentally challenged parent
-HIV affected Children
-Street and abandoned children

We are taking care of essential needs

Shelter- Valmiki Gurukul has the capacity for 100 children and the environment is as close to home.

Food- The children are provided with healthy & nourishing food during breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Once in a week, based on a Diet Chart, they are provided Non-Vegetarian Food.
