Dr.B.R.Ambedkar’s 124 Birthday Celebrations at AAI
Today – 14 April 2015 Valmiki Foundation associated with SC/ST Employees Welfare Association of Airports Authority of India and Celebrated Dr.Bhim Rao Ambedkar’s Birthday very graciously by Conducting a Blood Donation Camp. Mr. Praveen Kumar, IPS., Secretary for Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Education Institutions Society (APSWREIS) graced the event as a Chief Guest and addressed the gathering by memorizing Dr.B.R.Ambedkar s greatest achievements. G.S. Rao, Director, Hyderabad Airport; Dr. Y.V. Reddy, Director, Meteorological Department of India, Hyderabad; Hari Kishan Valmiki, The Project Director, Valmiki Foundation, Hyderabad; S.R. Santhanam, the President, Employees Union of India; R.D. Kambley, Joint General Manager, R & D, Airport Authority of India; M. Muralidharan, the Vice President, SC/ST Association; O.S. Ekka, Joint General Manager, ATC; G. Venkanna, Local Secretary, Airport Authority of India and M. Sivayya, Local Treasure, Airport Authority of India participated and made this event a grand success. 15 Volunteers from Valmiki Foundation has donated blood followed by the AAI Staff. The main attraction of the program was Mimicry by Mimicry Legend J. Ramesh through his Mimicry he gave lots of messages and also sang beautiful songs. The entire audience was not able to control their laugh and he is really enterprising personality. Valmiki Foundation Children dance performance was again an attraction. Valmiki Foundation has donated School books to Mother India Foundation children. Employees Welfare Association has donated Visitors Chairs to Valmiki Foundation. The program was ended up with a delicious lunch.
